What for?
The organic fertilizer dedicated granulator is used for granulation of various kinds of organisms after fermentation. This machine has broken through the conventional organic granulation process, there is no need for drying and  crushing the material before granulation. It can produce spherical particles after directly adding ingredients, so it can save a great deal of energy.
This series of granule machines can make the following raw materials ino granules :turfs, lignite, sludge, pond sludge, ucrose slag, starch pulpas material, chicken manure , duck manure , pig manure , sheep dung , deer manure , cow dung and earthworm cast; Bean cakes, Vinasse slag, Biogas residue , Fruit residue ,palm oil residue, residues of urban rubbish or sewage treatment plants, organic materials mix with mineral materials.
How to work?
The granulator comprises a drum, a track ring fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the drum and a gear ring, wherein the ring gear is in transmission connection with a driving motor via a driving gear, the track ring is mounted on the track, a feeding inlet and a discharging outlet are respectively formed in both ends of the drum, an inner drum is coaxially arranged in an inner cavity of the drum, the inner drum is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the drum by spokes, an inner spiral plate is arranged at the outer wall of the inner drum and an outer spiral plate is arranged at the inner wall of the drum. 
The material will gradually become the required size and overflow the by the edge of the disc under the function of three major forces: the friction between the material and the disc, its own gravity, and the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the disc.
